On "Anni & Josef Albers: Equal and Unequal" conversation with Nicholas Fox Weber [recording available]
Nicholas Fox Weber, executive director of the Josef and Anni Albers Foundation and author of Anni and Josef Albers: Equal and Unequal, spoke with David Leiber, partner at David Zwirner Gallery, and Lauren Hinkson, associate curator at the Guggenheim Museum, about the Alberses' rich creative output and infinite influence on each other.
The conversation, which took place on November 18, 2020, explored the life and work of Josef and Anni Albers—from their formative years at the Bauhaus in Germany to their remarkable influence at Black Mountain College, through their intensely productive period in Connecticut.
